Meet Our Team

LBM is led by CEO Sutton Turner, who has 30 years of experience in real estate, property management, and c-level roles. Sutton created and led the Wentwood Companies with his brother in 1997, which managed 36 apartment communities across 13 states with over 300 employees. In 2008, Sutton was asked by a major developer (Sorouh/Aldar) in Abu Dhabi to build a property management company called Khidmah (meaning “service” in Arabic). As CEO, Sutton created the first full-service real estate management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with $600M in assets and $1.8B under development. A critical element of Khidmah’s success was the recruitment of skilled workers and professionals from the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Egypt, and Syria. 

After establishing this management company in Abu Dhabi, Sutton moved on to Doha, Qatar, where he reorganized Qatar’s property management company (Waseef) as CEO.  

Sutton has had two tenures in full-time ministry with Celebration Church (2006-2007) and Mars Hill Church (2011-2014). He is very grateful of the growth through both of these ministry experiences.

Marci Ross Turner joins Life Bridge Management as CFO. Marci was the CFO for Wentwood between 1998 and 2006, where she implemented a property software migration and was the lead trainer on the software. She managed the accounting team, which processed all vendor payments and produced the financial reports for 38 properties (5,000 units) across five states. She is a licensed CPA (Texas) and most recently was the Controller for the City of College Station, Texas.

Amy has 21 years of property management experience. In the five years prior, she was the VP and Regional Manager for Dunmire Property Management. From 2005 to 2017, Amy was a Regional Manager for Wilmax Capital Management in Austin, Texas.

Amanda brings over 12 years of diverse property management experience to the Life Bridge team. For the past 8 years, she has worked as a Regional Manager for student housing properties across Idaho, Nebraska, Kentucky, and Texas.

Vanessa is one of the first four Contact Center Specialist for LBM. She has been working in the outsourcing community for 18 years. She has 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Quality Assurance working for several different projects.

Kathlyn is LBM's first Customer Care Specialist. She first started her career in the BPO industry in a Telco Company as a Customer Service Representative and after a few months of being consistent as one of the performing agents, she was then reprofiled and joined the Technical Support Team. After 2 years, she then joined a retail company to expand her skills in the Customer Service field. Given with her technical experience, she worked as a Product Support in a Software provider company for Property Management where she spent 3 years maximizing her skills and it became her recent employer prior joining LBM.

Ronnie Beldad is a highly experienced customer service professional with a proven track record in product support and software support. Prior moving back to Cebu City, He worked as a Concierge in one of the high-end properties in Manila. He has a strong background in problem-solving, customer service, and technical knowledge. Ronnie has worked for companies where he provided excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and product support. He is a team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Sarah has 5 years of experience in the Property Management Industry in Texas and Canada doing move in, move out, application, eviction, coordinating maintenance and lease signing. She also has experience in a US Telco account, a year as a customer service and was promoted as Internal Help Desk Support working on the backend. She will provide customer service to residents and prospects.
