Life Bridge Management (LBM) takes over the property management responsibilities for six properties in Colorado Springs, and three properties in the Vail/Eagle/Gypsum, Colorado areas. These properties were previously owned by Life Bridge Capital, and the opportunity to take management in-house was realized. LBM is heavily investing in technology to include RealPage OneSite, a 24/7 contact center, deployment of MS Teams network, and revenue management across all their properties. This investment in technology will improve speed and efficiency.
