LBM launches The Diamond at Creekside in Parkville, MO.

Life Bridge Management begins overseeing of The Diamond at Creekside in Parkville, Missouri. This property is a brand new 54-unit class A apartment community with 18,000 sq. ft. of retail on the bottom floor. The handover of units and lease-up will begin in June 2023.

Life Bridge Management (LBM) is an owner/managed company that oversees apartment communities across Texas, Colorado, Idaho and now Missouri.

LBM is a fully remote management company that invests in the highest people and technology. Our support team is mostly based in the Philippines.

Between 2008–2011, Sutton Turner, Chief Executive Officer of LBM, traveled to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and the Philippines, hiring people for the two different companies he led in the Middle East. From Sutton’s first visit to Manilla and subsequent visits to Cebu City, he fell in love with the people and their culture.

After being away from the Middle East for more than 12 years, Sutton and his two partners started LBM with the desire to have a global company with remote employees in the United States and the Philippines. As they began to plan LBM, Sutton reconnected with Pamela Roie, who worked for Khidmah (the company he founded in 2008) in Abu Dhabi. They discussed how they had a similar vision of working remotely for a property company but being based in the Philippines. Pamela became LBM’s first Philippine team member. Since the summer of 2022, LBM has added several more Philippines-based team members who have significantly impacted LBM’s growth and prosperity.

In July 2022, LBM began operating as a property management company, with two team members in the Philippines providing payroll support, administration, and oversight of property management software training and quality control for all LBM properties. An accounting team member was added to round out the team in the fall of 2022.

At the beginning of 2023, LBM will build a customer care center in the Philippines after receiving Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission’s certification. This will be a 24/7/365 customer care center that will support leasing and maintenance of all LBM properties. A team of three to four people will support collections and schedule renovations and unit turns. LBM desires to build a sustainable and stable workforce of talented and skilled staff in the Philippines who are proud to be part of a truly global company.

LBM has recently identifying a Christian ministry partner in the Lapu-Lapu region of Cebu City, Philippines. They will partner to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to LBM’s brothers and sisters in the Philippines and provide needed services to this area. A portion of LBM’s profits will go toward supporting these efforts in the Philippines.
