Meet Our Team

  • Sutton Turner
    CEO

    LBM is led by CEO Sutton Turner, who has 30 years of experience in real estate, property management, and c-level roles. Sutton created and led the Wentwood Companies with his brother in 1997, which managed 36 apartment communities across 13 states with over 300 employees. In 2008, Sutton was asked by a major developer (Sorouh/Aldar) in Abu Dhabi to build a property management company called Khidmah (meaning “service” in Arabic). As CEO, Sutton created the first full-service real estate management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with $600M in assets and $1.8B under development. A critical element of Khidmah’s success was the recruitment of skilled workers and professionals from the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Egypt, and Syria. 

    After establishing this management company in Abu Dhabi, Sutton moved on to Doha, Qatar, where he reorganized Qatar’s property management company (Waseef) as CEO. 

  • Marci Ross Turner, CPA
    CFO

    Marci Ross Turner joins Life Bridge Management as CFO. Marci was the CFO for Wentwood between 1998 and 2006, where she implemented a property software migration and was the lead trainer on the software. She managed the accounting team, which processed all vendor payments and produced the financial reports for 38 properties (5,000 units) across five states. She is a licensed CPA (Texas) and most recently was the Controller for the City of College Station, Texas. 

  • Chris Rizzuto
    Construction Project Manager

    Chris Rizzuto is the Construction Project Manager for LBM. He will lead a renovations team at LBM as well as oversee development and construction for LBM in Idaho and Colorado. Chris has 21 years of vast property management and construction management experience, including fire restoration with ServPro, regional property management experience, and major construction experience. Most recently, he led a construction and renovations team of 35 employees for Dunmire Property Management.

  • Amy Rizzuto
    Colorado Area Manager

    Amy has 21 years of property management experience. In the five years prior, she was the VP and Regional Manager for Dunmire Property Management. From 2005 to 2017, Amy was a Regional Manager for Wilmax Capital Management in Austin, Texas.
